Introduction
Metalogik Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd registered as a new company in 2005 with the merger of the following companies:
Metalogik Engineering & Manufacturing cc, established in 1981 through the merger of JV Engineering and Matsan Engineering, which were established in 1979 and 1981 respectively. The company manufactured and supplied various components required in the mining industry as well as top quality repairs to earth moving equipment and general engineering.
Metalogik Torque Engineering Supplies cc, was bought in 1987 for the distribution of Metalogik Engineering supplies to the gold mining industry. This company handled sales and invoicing to the mines.
Metalogik TC Precision Grinding cc was bought in 1993 for the purpose of chroming and grinding.
Metalogik Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd has been servicing the South African Market since 1981 and Southern African Countries since 1990.
